Changed your mind? No stress.

You can return your order within 30 days as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival? We’ll Sort It.

If something’s arrived broken, defective, or clearly not working — we’ll put it right. That could be a replacement, a part, or a full refund depending on what’s gone wrong.

To do that, we’ll need clear photos or a short video of the issue. This helps us understand what’s happened and get you sorted quickly.
