1. Get in touch first. Email reply@thesmoothgeezer.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please don't post anything back before you've heard from us. We'll reply with your options and the return address.
2. Get it ready. For change-of-mind returns, the shaver needs to be:
- cleaned thoroughly
- packed in its original packaging, with all original parts
- sent with a note inside showing your order number and the email you ordered with
3. Post it back. Return postage is paid by you for change-of-mind returns.
4. Refund. We'll process your refund as soon as the shaver is back with us and checked.
Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
